Background
Olá! That is hello in Portuguese. My name is Lee, and I am originally from Brazil, home of the Jatoba, Ipe, and Koa (exotic woods from Brazil known for their density, richness and beauty). At the university, I majored in environmental engineering which allowed me to focus my research on renewable resources such as biological productivity, solar, and biomass energy sources. I became passionate about sustainable development, and ultimately have dedicated a huge part of my life to battling climate change. For every job that is contracted with us, together we will create a better world as we will donate a total of 2% to two outstanding organizations. 1% to SOS Amazộnia, a Brazilian no-profit organization that works to protect the conservation of the Amazon rain forest.
The additional 1% will be directed to Fridays for Future Movement, created by Greta Thunberg, an environmental activist who has inspired people of all ages around the world and challenges leaders daily to bring about awareness and change to the dire conditions of our earth's environmental crisis that is happening at every moment.

Experience
Residing in the United States has provided me with the opportunity and privilege of apprenticing for some of the bay area's finest flooring engineering companies. I have learned a great deal and continue to broaden my work experience in my field each day. With my background and work experience, I can guide my clients through every step of the way; from purchasing recommendations, all the way to completing each job that is influenced by each client's unique style.

My father taught me to live a life with integrity. Therefore, conducting myself and those who represent Lee Ann The Flooring Man in a professional manner is vital. My team and I will carefully discuss your needs, come up with a collaborated solution, and implement what was discussed. During the time of installation, we will safely practice social distancing by fulfilling one contract per day. Additionally, we wear PPE gear such as masks, gloves, and disposable shoe coverings when entering your space. Punctuality, safety, time efficiency, and cleanliness are standard protocols at our company.
